Two music fans/DJs from New York and Hong Kong weave their sonic summary for 2022 in in complex emotions and impulse. Filled with their favorite 2022 releases, this 1-hour mix is a letter to 2022, to a world that has destroyed itself.
来自纽约和香港的两位乐迷/DJ用彼此心爱的2022发行的音乐编织出一封写给2022年的两地书。用复杂的情绪和迷离的音乐告别2022，那个已经自我销毁的世界。
陈阿姨：“2022年，可能和全球经济一样，音乐也在困境中挣扎。虽然疫情结束，但是一切没有如想象中回暖。价格高昂的机票和酒店，收费和门槛越来越高的签证，让许多独立艺人不得不放弃巡演。流媒体继续它们压榨音乐人的事业，掏空心思研究推荐算法开发自动 DJ，也不愿意花十分之一的心思整理音乐人的出版，改进对音乐人的分成。同时， AI 技术——即使其中有百分之八十都在坑骗——也开始真正走到抖音和制作人的插件里，包含实时深度模拟别人歌声还有一键生成 DJ setlist。但是不管怎么样，好的音乐仍然在这场抗争中表达着创作者最鲜明的意志。在这个 post-Billie Eilish 和 post-Pinkpantheress 的世界里仍然有不同的声音来搅拌网络世界的声音图景。
“作为乐迷，我们总能看到许多令我们胆寒的新潮流，但是总有一些出色的艺术家能把这些可怕的潮流真正扭转成自己的武器。像 Sudan Archives 在极繁制作大潮里开发出区别于 Franke Ocean 的另类 R&B，Lucrecia Dalt 在西语音浪中提取出属于南美的远古浪漫，Rachika Nayar 在后摇复兴之上建筑自己复杂破碎的梦游之旅。这次一小时的2022发行汇编不限制风格和意向，虽然用好不容易终于发行第二张专辑的 Emahoy Tsege Mariam Gebru 的钢琴曲来串联，其实也并没有特别的声音图景。但是这种混沌度刚好和2022的破局感很契合：在世界的潮流中用我们的“无知无畏”来夺权。纠结要不要与世界/时代的和解，就像纠结对某个 90s 2-step 经典采样的运用是否玷污了它的韵律感。与其纠结，还不如直接去做，放胆去用就好了。”

陈阿姨，一位来自丽江的音乐爱好者，Shy People 的小写手，组织 Vulnerable Club 的参与人，卧室 DJ，做过两期 Shy People Mix：2020 及 2021 年度音乐总结，也在 Baihui 电台上放过十几次歌。
阮静水，一位来自广东的音乐爱好者，现居纽约，曾经微博独立音乐推荐平台“耳科”创始人，致力于介绍自己喜爱的好音乐。
